With the Wallas cabin heater, you can heat your cabin so that it is easy for you to arrive at a pre-heated and dry cabin. Always a dry and warm cabin! The outside temperature does not matter. With the Wallas cabin heater, you will always arrive at a pre-heated and dry cabin. It is difficult to imagine a better welcome. Enjoy your holidays at the cabin in an easy and safe way. The Wallas cabin heater is a fully automatic heater that can be connected either to a ready-made chimney or directly through the outer wall. The heater is easy to start with an on/off switch, timer or remote start. The desired temperature is easy to maintain with a stepless power regulator or room thermostat. The heater burns with a clean blue flame and, thanks to its closed combustion chamber, it is completely smokeless and odorless. Its outer cover does not heat up and children can safely touch the surface of the heater. The dry and warm air from the Wallas keeps the windows clear and the bedding dry. The Wallas cabin heater is a very affordable heating option. It is easy to install, simple to use and safe for family members, from the youngest to the oldest. The Wallas cabin heater runs on diesel or light oil, and requires a 12 V operating voltage, which can be taken from a solar power plant, for example. If the cabin is connected to a 230 V electrical network, a mains transformer is required.
Wallas control panel
Wallas has a practical and attractive control panel. The panel allows you to automatically adjust the indoor temperature with a thermostat. For families with children, it is useful that it has a safety system that prevents the heater from being started accidentally. The system also stops the heater in the morning if the temperature rises too high. Adjusting the heater is very easy even on dark nights, because the control panel has a backlight and different colored indicator lights. The control panel cable is 3 meters long, a 6-meter cable is also available.
Remote start - How does it work?
The Wallas remote starter is based on a website application that sends commands to the remote starter. It uses the GPRS network to transfer information from the website to the remote starter via the server. You can also control your device using SMS. What information do you get from the remote control device about the heater's operation? You can see the battery voltage in real time, regardless of whether your device is on or off. You can see the temperature of the cabin in degrees C or F, regardless of whether your device is on or off. It also tells you whether your heater is on or off (fire indication). It is possible to follow the information while the application is open. What phone or tablet can you use? You can use all smartphones with internet access. The remote starter application is on the website, which you can find in all common web browsers. Can the heater start accidentally? No, it can't. The application asks for confirmation before starting the heater. Of course, you can skip this question by confirming it without reading it.
Cable sizing when the distance between Wallas and the battery is more than 4 meters
A 4-meter battery cable is included in the delivery. It must not be used as part of a longer cable. Determine the length of the cable precisely. The correct cross-sectional area of the cable is 1 mm2 per meter. Thus, a 10-meter cable must have a cross-sectional area of 10 mm2, a 16-meter cable 16 mm2. A cable that is too long with a cross-sectional area that is too small will cause a voltage drop, meaning the heater will not receive a sufficiently high operating voltage.
