Starter kit Honda GX340, GX390

Starter kit fits Honda GX340, GX390, newer models with two metal starter pawls.

Please note that the starter must be completely identical in both its pin and model to the starter being replaced.

Now that there are dozens of different Chinese Honda copies on the road, there are also a corresponding number of different starters. If the starter is replaced with something other than an identical starter, it will cause the starter pawls to break because each starter also has its own counterpart on the flywheel and the wrong one will not press the pawls back into place correctly.

So if it doesn't respond outside and the pawls are even slightly different, don't install it, the device in question has a different starter as standard.
