Starter motor B&S #693551

The starter motor is used in, among other things, several newer Briggs & Stratton 1-cylinder engines. OHV in riding mower engines.

With a metal 14-tooth starter gear. There are also starter motors with a 16-tooth gear. These are not compatible with each other.
